Help About the Properties List

Your properties list is simply a list of properties you have recently added for analysis. It presents your most recently updated property by default. Find it on your Dashboard.

Property List

Collection of Property Cards which showcase essential information from your property analysis, such as the Property Name, Gross Profit, and Purchase & Sale Values.

Sort Properties

Sort your list by important attributes like purchase price, sale price, address, city, and date added or updated.

Add a Property Manually

An alternative to the property search. Creates a generic property that you can fill in. Quickly add a property that couldn't be found, or work through new investment strategies and scenarios.
