Help Manually Adding a Property

Clicking the add a property manually link on the dashboard builds a property from a generic property template that can be quickly filled out. You will also be directed to manually setup a property, when data on the address cannot be found in a property search. You are immediately redirected to that template to start filling in details, like adding loans, units and rehab costs. Manually adding a property is an alternative to the Property Search. It can be useful for testing investment strategy ideas when you don't have a specific property in mind, or the property search couldn't find the address you queried.
