Help Dashboard Overview

Your Remetrics dashboard is organized for quickly adding and analyzing properties. This is your launch point for deal analysis. You can add properties using the property address lookup or manually, and view your most recently added properties.

Property Lookup

You can use the property lookup to find a property by address. Property details, home value estimates and rent estimates are automatically filled in on the property import form. You can adjust these numbers as needed, based on your localized market knowledge, before saving.

Add a Property Manually

An alternative to the property lookup. Creates a generic property template that you can fill in. Quickly add a property that couldn't be found, or work through new investment strategies and scenarios.

Properties List

A list of properties you have analyzed. The list is a collection of property cards with high-level information to quickly identify the property, and analysis details to give you a sense of how it will perform as an investment.
